Holly began her career as a broadcast news reporter. In addition to writing and presenting local and national newscasts, she co-produced a one-hour local news program, News Capsule, which preceded NPR’s All Things Considered and hosted numerous public affairs programs including Conference Call and Common Language. She subsequently held positions in promotions, advertising, PR and media relations including as Senior Public Affairs Manager and Official Spokesperson for the Sheppard Pratt Health System.
Holly understands challenges faced by her clients through the lens of an organizational development specialist as well. She holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Development from Towson University where her study and research focus was Strategic Communications for Nonprofit Organizations.

“One Heartbeat ( The History of the Boys’ Latin School) tells the school’s story in a way touches alumni, student, parents, faculty and staff. It’s fostered a positive awareness of Boys’ Latin’s rich heritage. It’s a beautiful book.” Scott K. Gibson III, Former Headmaster
“Having Holly research , write and publish the history of our 4th generation family business (Founders and Keepers: The Story of a Family Oil Business) was a great experience. We give it to employees, clients, and business associates and it imparts an understanding of the company’s rich history. Perhaps most importantly, it communicates our values, which go all the way back to our founder.” Benjamin Wafel, CEO, Quarles Petroleum (Retired)
